About Us
Hadlow PIF Dog Grooming Salon

The salon is jointly run by Hadlow College and the Pet Industry Federation, the leading trade association for pet businesses. No other grooming salon has the advantage of being managed by industry experts of this type. We offer the best in modern facilities with generous space in which to care for our customers. We ensure students and staff have access to the most effective and latest equipment to cater for your dog’s needs.

The salon is run as part of the Hadlow PIF Grooming School and dogs booked into the salon are used to help train grooming students under close supervision.  A qualified groomer will always check over your dog before collection.

Our People

The team at Hadlow have extensive experience both commercially and educationally within the industry.  All lecturers and support staff have been selected for their knowledge, skill, approachability and passion for education.  The team hold numerous grooming achievements awards and participate in seminars and competitions throughout the UK.

Your Dog

In order for us to ensure your dog is safe and looked after properly during their visit, we require as much information about their health, coat, behaviour and what you would like done to ensure you are happy with the results of their groom.  We may make recommendations about elements of the grooming that would be in your dog’s best interests.

We do reserve the right not to groom a dog if we believe they are not well enough, or unsuitable for the environment, in which case no charge will apply.

We offer morning and afternoon appointments Monday to Friday and recommend booking well in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
