The Governors

As a College we serve a number of different audiences and communities. The structure of our governors also reflects this, drawing people in from a range of different occupations, experiences and backgrounds. All are however united with the common objective of helping Hadlow College succeed.

In addition to being on the main board of Governors, each person also serves on at least one committee.  Through this process the individual's experiences are used to benefit the College.  Each Governor is also assigned an area of the College to be linked to.  This area, which changes on an annual basis, gives a greater level of understanding to the Governor about what happens in the day-to-day operations of the College and enables staff and students to feed back their thoughts directly.
