Student Admissions Policy

This Admissions Policy applies to all applicants for further education and higher education courses at Hadlow College. We welcome applications from all sectors of the community and our recruitment process is underpinned by the philosophy of the right students on the right course. Prospective students are selected not only by their formal qualifications, but also their experience, motivation and interest in the course are taken into account.

This policy includes:

  • The principles of this policy (for example, entry requirements, widening participation, confidentiality, quality, equality and diversity and initial advice and guidance).
  • Admissions procedures.
  • Recruitment processes.
  • Cancellation of courses and refunds.

Animal Management Students Get Creative for Wildlife Trust Hedgehog Haven

Back in late April, to coincide with Hedgehog Awareness Week, our Animal Management department ran a competition, in partnership with the Kent Wildlife Trust, for our FE and HE students to produce a new design for the Trust’s ‘Best Garden for Hedgehogs’ award, sponsored by Kent Mammal Group.
