Before commencing your application, please ensure you have the details of two people who can act as references (for a full-time course), one of which ideally should be from your school or college.  You will also be asked to confirm details of any qualifications you're currently taking (such as GCSEs) together with predicted grades.

To apply for part-time courses you will just need to confirm the course, campus, your contact details and payment method.

Please note that for higher education and degree programmes, students need to apply through UCAS.

This qualification, which is designed for those working with food - or preparing to work with food - in a variety of roles and environments across the manufacturing environment meets the same levels of rigor and quality required by legislation, retailer auditors and other stakeholders.  Relevant to operative roles, as well as team leading, supervisory or management roles, the course is suitable for staff within the areas of processing, preparation or service.
