Opportunities Abroad

A key part of your time with us will be an opportunity to take part in study trips abroad. We actively encourage this as a way of developing a global perspectives and understanding of different cultures.

Most curriculum areas will have, as part of their programme, an international study trip.  In the past, these have included:

  • Visits to South Africa to see conservation and biodiversity in action
  • Visits to Ethiopia to look at agriculture in a developing world
  • Visits to the Vienna to see the Spanish Riding School
  • Visits to Iceland to look at horticultural and woodland management practices
  • Visits to France to look at garden design and garden history.

We work with a number of colleges and universities abroad and have formed a variety of links.
