Equality & Diversity Statement

At Hadlow College we are committed to the achievement of equality and diversity for everyone. It is our aim to always provide an inclusive working and learning environment where students and staff are fully respected and supported. 

This commitment is explored further in our three Equality Schemes and Equality Action Plan setting out the steps we will take to ensure racial equality, gender equality and equality for persons with a disability. 

Annually we will review our progress in meeting our objectives and a summary of the findings published in our Annual Equality Report.  If you would like a copy then please contact us at the college.
