Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

At Hadlow College we are committed to ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed and diversity is embraced. It is our aim to always provide an inclusive working and learning environment where students and staff are fully respected and supported.

This commitment is further explored further in our Single Equality Scheme and the annual Equality and Diversity Report which sets out the steps we have taken and will take to:

  • eliminate unlawful discrimination
  • ensure equality of opportunity
  • foster good relationships between those with a protected characteristics and other groups.

Annually we will review our progress in meeting our objectives and from the 31st January the Equality and Diversity Annual Report will be available upon request for the previous academic year.
