Please note, if you submit a complaint outside of term-time, this will impact on the timescales for responses as published in the College’s Complaints Procedure due to staff availability.  Please be assured that your complaint will be investigated and the College will be in contact with you.

This process will affect the College’s response time to you. Please note that should express permission be denied, the College will be unable to discuss any matters relating to the student with you.
