They reviewed three key areas when visiting the accommodation over a three-day period:

In this section Ofsted praised how each student was supported through an individualised approach by passionate residential staff who enjoy their role at the College.
They noted the support of students prior and post to moving into the accommodation, ensuring each students needs are met before they start the course, during and when progressing into adulthood.
Ofsted included how students are encouraged to lead healthy lifestyles and emotional well-being is supported throughout their time in the accommodation.
- How well young people are helped and protected?
Ofsted were impressed by comments from the students expressing how approachable and helpful the staff are with their everyday concerns. The staff work with students and their parents to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all students including those with additional needs.
