The courses are well-designed and encourage hands-on learning, rather than just reading through PowerPoint presentations. It allowed me to “get my foot in the door”, as my lecturer would say. Without my course, I wouldn’t have had the aquaculture knowledge that I gained through research and international work experience, which gave me a broader view and understanding of techniques, research, technology and fish cultivation methods.
